They take 25% off of our benefits/time right off of the top for cutting our time.... Love those law firms..... What I would prefer is to reduce the number of hours in a work week from 40 to 30 (6 hours days instead of 8) . Employees can get just as much done in 6 hours as they could in 8 hours. There is no reason to have to spend 8 hours of your day at your job. This would free-up more time for family life and life in general.
