I am exhausted by the constant hype over one "crisis" after another. Reasonable limitations on our fisheries are certainly appropriate, but not so radical as to be at the expense of life-long commercial watermen. By the time the crabs come back there will no longer be anyone willing to make a career out of catching them! i recently read--i believe in the Sun--that some years back scientists were convinced we were about to have the next ice age....go figure!
