		<description>I hope that the Governor does the right thing and appoints Judge Adkins to the Court of Appeals. I am perplexed by the recent changes in the Executive Order pertaining to the Nominating Commissions which require that  3 names be submitted, even if the Commissioners do not believe there are 3 qualified candidates, with automatic re-advertising if too few apply. The sole litmus test should be the qualifications of the applicants, no matter who or how many apply.</description>
