		<description>Well, it's rather annoying that the Daily Record journalist got a simple fact set forth in a couple sentence post incorrect and, after it was pointed out, said Daily Record journalist failed to correct the post on this blog.  So much for journalistic accuracy.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It appears that the larger issue subsumed within the first post goes to themes of personal responsibility and the entitlement culture that has overtaken America.</description>

		<description>why so angry anonymous, if that's your real name. Was the son being reckless or was it just an accident? I was told by the dealer when I test drove their car, that their insurance covered the test drive. This would be the cost of doing business, no?</description>

		<description>Let's see, you have no proof that the father is a "loving parent."  And, the son is not a "teenage son."  As the original post clearly reads, the son is 21.  Perhaps instead of trying to avoid liability, the "loving" father should teach his son responsibility.  At 21, a person is an adult by all American standards.  The man wrecked the car, he should be liable (regardless of what the dealership could have done better).</description>
