It’s baaaack…
Baltimore County Delegate Todd Schuler says he’s introducing a bill that would ban the use of plastic bags in Maryland’s grocery stores. Similar local bills in Baltimore City and Annapolis made a splash last year, but did not become law.
Del. Sue Hecht, of Frederick, co-sponsored Schuler’s bill, and also wants to form a task force to address the plastic bag issues in the state.
